I. Basic situation of the company

Zhangqiu Subsidiary of Shandong Tyan Home Co., Ltd (referring to as “Zhangqiu Subsidiary” hereinafter) is a subsidiary of Shandong Tyan Home Co., Ltd (Tyan stock). The company, established in January 2007, has main business of real estate development and sales. It develops two projects in Zhangqiu, i.e., Xiushui · Ruyi International Shangdu and Shengshi International project.

II. Project overview

1. Xiushui · Ruyi International Shangdu project

Xiushui · Ruyi International Shangdu is located in the Eastern District of Jinan, is at the junction between East Jingshi Road and Zhanglai Road, and is close to government new administrative area,  college town and large communicates. At present, it becomes administration center, cultural and educational center, living center and commercial center of the Eastern District of Jinan. The project has floor area of 170,000 square meters and building area of 250,000 square meters, and has commercial exhibition area of over 1,000 meters only along Jingshi Road. World fast food giant McDonald invests over 10 million Yuan to purchase the project property directly, and enters Xiushui · Ruyi International Shangdu.

Xiushui · Ruyi International Shangdu has convenient surrounding transportation, is defined as high and medium consumption area, can radiate and attract near 10 million consumers in places such as Jinan, Zibo and Laiwu, has huge market and consumption potential, and becomes the only consumption choice of residents in communities of Jinan east area.

2. Shengshi International project

Shengshi International project is the second real estate project developed by Tyan stock in Zhangqiu, is high quality residential project that is developed by Tyan  stock, proposes residential mode concept of “Wenbo center, park house and private manor” in Zhangqiu, and makes great efforts in forming the best high quality community in Zhangqiu.
