Shandong Tyan Home Co., Ltd., its former was Shandong Jinan Department Store (Group) Co., Ltd, which was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange on January 3, 1994. At the end of 2006, the company was reorganized by Shandong Tyan Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd successfully, renamed as Shandong Tyan Home Co., Ltd (stock abbreviation “Tyan stock”, stock code: 600807), and started a new chapter of its high speed development.

After years of development, the company has developed into a comprehensive company, which covers various fields such as real estate, mining, finance and venture capital. The company has grade I qualification of real estate development, and has registered capital of 884.63 million Yuan and total asset of over 5 billion Yuan. It has three subsidiaries: Zhangqiu Subsidiary, Dongying Subsidiary and Ruifuxiang Silk Shop; nine fully owned subsidiaries: Shandong Yong'an Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, Dongying Wanjia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, Yantai Cunbao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, Shandong Tyan Gold Mining Co., Ltd, Australia Minjar Gold Pty Ltd, Feimaile Technology Co., Ltd (Hong Kong), Boshen Financing Lease (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, Shandong Ruifuxiang Trade Co., Ltd, etc; seven holding subsidiary companies: Shenzhen Tianying Industries Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Tianying Jindechang Real Estate Co., Ltd, Jinan High-tech Zone Tyan Microcredit Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Tianying Innovative Investment Co., Ltd, Shandong Tyan Property Management Co., Ltd (grade I qualification of property), etc.

(I) Real estate section

The company is engaged in real estate for 17 years, owns excellent management team of real estate development, has real estate development projects that spread over various places such as Jinan, Weifang, Weihai, Dongying and Yantai and have total building area of over 3 million square meters, and provide office places to over 3,600 companies and good houses to 16,000 families.

Residential real estate projects developed by the company successfully include Jinan Tyan Cuiyuan, New Oriental Garden, Shengshi Huacheng, Zhangqiu Shengshi International, Weifang Central Lijing, Weihai Rushan General Coastal Garden, Dongying Tyan · Shengshi Longcheng, Tyan · Shengshi Haoting, Shengshi Lanting, Shengshi Huafu and Yantai Tyan ·Shengshi Jingyuan; commercial real estate projects include Shanda Road Chuangzhan Center, Jinan International Exhibition Center, Zhangqiu Xiushui · Ruyi International Shangdu, Yong’an Building, Tyan International and Tyan · Long’ao Tianjie. (II) Mining section

In 2014, after approval by China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company implemented major asset restructuring, and purchased Australia Minjar Gold Pty Ltd. Minjar Gold Company, located in Western Australia, is mainly engaged in prospecting, mining and processing of gold source, has tenement with south-north span of about 120 kilometers and total mining area of over 1,400 square kilometers, owns and enjoys over 100 mining rights with right and interest, has ores with about 39.2 million tons that meet JORC standard, which have very high gold, silver and nonferrous metal source development potential. Purchase of Minjar Gold Company becomes powerful support on the road of diversified industries of Tyan Share.

In the coming years, we will continue increasing development of oversea gold industry, realize quick expansion of output and production scale, improve profit ability continuously, and make great efforts in supporting performance growth of the company.

(III) Finance section

In December 2015, the company purchased Jinan High-tech Zone Tyan Microcredit Co., Ltd and Boshen Financial Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. At present, it holds 95% shares of Tyan Microcredit and 100% shares of Boshen Lease.

(IV) Venture capital section
