——Australia team's work report to the Headquarter

On January 19, 2017, the work report meeting of the Australian mining team chaired by Mr. Guanghui Ji, general manager of Minjar Gold Pty Ltd, was held in the conference room 1516 of the main office building. The work report team members include Mr. Don Russell, Chief Operating Officer of Minjar, Mr. Adrian Costello, business manager, Mr. Garry Adams, geological manager, and Mr. Kerry Payne, director of the newly merged Pajingo goldmine. Mr. Zhaoqin Zeng, chairman of Tianye Co., Ltd., Mr. Yongwen Wang, general manager, Mr. Caipeng Yue, vicegeneral manager(financial manager) and other leaders attended the meeting.


According to the meeting arrangement, Mr. Don Russell and other leaders reported the 2016 annual work, the future business strategy and business development of of Minjar. Among which, it is worth mentioning that the successful acquisition of Pajingomade Minjar's overall gold capacity rise to 100,000 ounces per year. The company achieved a qualitative leap in mining andenteredthe second echelon of Australia gold mining companies.


During Australia team's work report meeting, the chairman communicatedwell with the team members on gold reserves, mining distribution and gold prospects. The chairman was deeply satisfied with Australia team's annual work in 2016, and highly praised the team for its contribution. Meanwhile, he put forward higher goal and expectation for the future development of the Australia company. He said that only one with a dream can one start to pursue his/her dream. Tianye dreams to become an international giant in gold field, so Australia team need to keep woking hard, seize opportunities and work together for the bright future of mining business.


The periodwhen Australia team made work report coincided with the traditional Chinese Spring Festival. On the last day of the trip, four Australia staff dressed up and took part in the “2016 Shandong Tianye Group Year-End Summary and Commendation Meeting” held at Mountain Liantai resort. Minjar Gold Pty Ltd won the honor of “2016 annual advanced unit” for its outstanding performance of 2016, and Mr. Don Russell won the honorary title: “2016 annual advanced senior manager”. When receiving the trophy, Australia team members all went upon the stage to express their New Year blessing to China's colleagues.
